The digitalisation of industry is changing how products are manufactured, used and developed. Data will follow the physical product through the value chains of the future more intensely than before and will build competitiveness in the manufacturing ecosystem. At ITA Nordic, we are meeting this development with the aid of Product Lens, combining data produced by multiple operators in the Daponet project.
Product Lens has a key role in making the new data-driven value creation possible. With the aid of Product Lens, data from the manufacturing and use phases can be smoothly combined into a unified data set, which retains the product’s data over its entire lifecycle. The data collected gives rise to new possibilities for effective and sustainable business development.
The manufacturing and use data connected to the product makes possible:

Collaboration among various companies, research organisations and technology suppliers has a key role in the construction of data-driven value chains.
